Shipping

Providing us with accurate delivery location information allows us to provide the best carrier and shipping rate. Before your shipment leaves our facility.  it is important that we have the correct contact information. name, phone number, and email address of the “point person” for the order, plus the name and phone number who will be accepting the delivery on-site. When your order is ready to ship, we will contact you with delivery details.  It is important for "contact person/point person" to make sure there is someone available to receive and off-load the shipment during the delivery window. Please keep in mind that delivery drivers do not assist with off-loading. Keep in mind our products are heavy. a forklift is usually required. Liftgate service is available on most orders. Please advise us at the time of ordering if this is a requirement since extra charges will apply.
